2023 Polls: How Pregnant Woman Slumps, Dies On Queue In Zamfara

Shamsiya Ibrahim, a pregnant woman, slumped and passed away on Saturday in the Tsafe Area of Zamfara State while she waited in line to cast her ballot.

According to information obtained by Objectv Media, a pregnant woman slumped and was taken by ambulance to Tsafe General Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

Eyewitnesses reported that Shamsiya traveled from the Bungudu Local Government’s Kotorkoshi district to Tsafe town, a distance of roughly 50 kilometers, to cast her ballot.

Regarding the terrible development, the authorities have not yet issued a formal statement.
