About 15 clerics continued to shout their demands at the young woman, with one of them at one point threatening to destroy all the items in the store if she didn’t keep quiet.
In the video posted on X, formerly Twitter, on Friday, Ayodeji gave the landlord the order to reimburse the woman for her rent and remove her since worshippers of Isese are not permitted in that neighbourhood.
Ayodeji further stressed that the young woman had eight days to leave the premises and that the Kwara state police commissioner, Ebunoluwa Rotimi Adelesi, was aware of their visit.
Ayodeji added in Yoruba, “The Alaran family refunded their money and expelled them in seven days.
“If we come back in seven days and meet them here, the situation will be worse than this.
“The commissioner of police is aware of our visit, You know this won’t be our first, we know how this works, so leave our town.”
