INEC Declares Makinde Winner Of Oyo Governorship Election
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially declared Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde winner of the governorship election in the state.
Makinde received 563,617 votes in total, while Teslim Folarin, his closest challenger, received 251,230. With a vote total of 38,757, Adebayo Adelabu of the Accord placed a distant third.
