A Magistrate Court in the Yaba area of Lagos State has issued an order to remand Azeez Fashola, widely known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, in police custody.

This decision is related to their alleged role in Ilerioluwa Aloba’s, also known as Mohbad, death.

Naira Marley and the others had been initially requested to be held for 30 days by the Lagos State Police Command in order to facilitate the continuing investigation.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, however, ruled in favour of a 21-day remand instead.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has declared Nigerian singer Owodunni Ibrahim, popularly known as Primeboy, wanted in relation to Mohbad’s death.

Primeboy, who was a childhood friend of Mohbad, has been accused of having a role in the singer’s tragic demise.

Consequently, the Lagos Police Command has declared him wanted and has offered a one-million-Naira bounty for information leading to his capture.
