In a statement made available to Objectv Media, he wrote; “It is a bold mark of miscarriage of purpose and resounding model of corruption the moment rookies are undeservingly rewarded with organizational elevation over people with experience and staggering competence.

“The NNPCL which was once a public establishment designed to embrace federal character and to serve as an exemplary system to the oil sector has intentionally adopted favoritism, tribalism and nepotism as there mission statement.

“The web of profiteering within the establishment is deafening to such an extent that promotion is based on who-knows-who, no more meritorious.. It is sad that the management of NNPCL is driven by unqualified individuals while old workers are unjustly precluded. They deny them their entitled pays and allowances. I mean, the NNPCL has little or no contribution to the National coffers, the least they can do is to satisfy their the entitlements of decent old workers who had reputedly contributed to the corporation amongst its equals on a global scale.

“It doesn’t go without saying that the uncouth internal affairs and actions of denying the old workers what they deserve offends countless first principles of labor and employment laws. It’s is also an abuse of fundamental human right.

“I take that the current CEO of NNPCL, Mele Kyari be sacked for several breach of federal character, entrolling tribalism and nepotism within the corporation, countless allegations of corruption the majority of the reshuffles be reviewed.

“The reason for this outcry is not a far-fetched. It is important to note that there are several petitions against Kyari with the security agencies wherein he can not account for over N100trillion since he became MD of NNPCL. Under his watch, NNPC stopped remitting funds to the federation account for years. The NNPCL controls the PMS, the PMS control a major part of our economy and we can’t afford to leave the running of our economy in the hands of tyros.”

He, however, appeal to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu not just to sack Mele Kyari, but also order for his arrest and investigation as he has more questions to answer than Emefiele.
