Ohanaeze Advises Obi Not To Form Alliance With Atiku, Kwankwaso, Says “Plan To Take Power From APC Not Only Pipe Dream But Satanic”

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo has advised Peter Obi to join forces with President Bola Tinubu rather than his counterparts from the Peoples Democratic Party, and New Nigeria Peoples Party, Atiku Abubakar and Rabiu Kwankwaso respectively.
Okechukwu Isiguzoro, the Secretary-General of Ohanaeze, claimed in a statement on Monday that the coalition would fail immediately because Nigerians would reject Kwankwaso or Atiku.

Any combination that aims to endanger Tinubu’s administration will fall short, according to Isiguzoro.
He continued by saying that because Atiku is so eager to become president, Nigerians are well aware that he will never back Obi in his bid to become the leader of the opposition. As a result, they won’t support any coalition that includes him.
The statement partly reads, “Peter Obi, Atiku, and Kwankwaso’s scheme to overthrow the APC is not only an impossible fantasy, but also diabolical. Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the leading sociocultural organisation of the Igbo people, insisted that the reported talks between the leaders of the opposition political parties are ongoing and that this is a positive development because it will force the APC-led Federal Government to work harder to make sure that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration fulfils all of its campaign promises to Nigerians.
“But anything contrary to these is regarded as the inconsiderate pursuits of drowning politicians whose aims are satanic, mischievous, but laughable. Ohanaeze Ndigbo observed that there is the possibility of a collapse in their talks because Nigerians will not accept Atiku or Kwankwaso as the leaders of the alliance.
“Nigerians know that the uncharitable disposition and desperation of Atiku Abubakar of the PDP will never allow him to support Peter Obi to be the leader of the Nigerian opposition; the ill-fated journey of Atiku, Obi, and Kwankwaso will crumble in the future.”
