She served as Lagos Commissioner for the National Population Commission until her latest appointment.

Sanwo-Olu is anticipated to soon announce further appointments to the State Executive Council. According to reports, the government would bring back roughly 70% of the previous executive team for the second term cabinet.

Mr. Gboyega Soyanwo’s position as deputy chief of staff was also renewed by the government.

Those who are returning prominently include the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Among others, Gbenga Omotoso, the commissioner for housing, Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, MAF, the governor’s special adviser on infrastructure and works, Engr. Aramide Adeyoye, the adviser on education, and Tokunbo Wahab.

Strong signs point to former SSG and commissioner for the environment Tunji Bello not coming back since he is moving to Abuja for a federal post under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
