South-East Unrest: Senate Urges FG To Extradite Simon Ekpa

The Senate has requested that the Federal Government approach the Finnish government in order to extradite Simon Ekpa, a self-described follower of Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader who is currently in custody.
Ekpa, the leader of the Auto Pilot wing of the separatist party, has persisted in ordering his supporters to impose sit-at-home restrictions in the Southeast region, hampering economic activity there.
